Because our product is a non-tangible, digital, and irrevocable good, we do not issue refunds once the order is confirmed and the product (License Key) is delivered or activated.
As a consumer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any subscription or pro-plan on our site. Since the software allows for immediate value extraction (generating viral captions for your Shorts and Reels), we cannot "take back" the service once it has been rendered.
